Avante Australia

Leading Australian Adjustable Bed & Mattress Wholesaler

The Avante Guarantee

At Avante Australia, we have thoroughly examined our mattresses, adjustable beds, and ensemble bases and are confident that they will perform as expected. If you do run into any issue with our products, we provide a guarantee within our terms.

Any issues can be rectified by contacting the original retailer of purchase, who will then send through a guarantee claim form to our friendly staff members. If this cannot be done, or your original retailer has ceased trading, please contact our Avante Australia team directly at 07 3284 3133.

If the product is under 12 months old, and you are in our area of service, we will send our expert team to inspect your product.

Please be aware, our guarantee does not extend to the following:

Fabric (including stains, soiling, burns and normal wear)
Items upon inspection are deemed unsanitary
Normal wear and tear through general use, or damage caused by abuse
Clearance bedding sold ‘as is’ condition
Failure to comply with manufacturer care and maintenance instructions
Change of mind

Customer Claim Process

In order for a guarantee to be valid you must:

  1. Be the original purchaser
  2. Provide a copy of the original store receipt

Contact the retailer where the product was purchased for assistance with your guarantee claim.

If your retailer is no longer available to assist, please contact the Avante Australia team directly at 07 3284 3133 during office hours.

Getting used to your new mattress

At first your new mattress may feel a little different from the mattress you have been sleeping on. Don’t worry, you’ll soon become adjusted to the extra comfort, support and the benefits that only a new sleep system should provide. (May take up to 12 weeks).

Body indentations

Small Indentations are normal on the surface of any new mattress whilst the upholstery filling is levelling to a final position and getting used to your body contours. This does not constitute a manufacturing fault. On a pillowtop mattress, up to 35mm height loss is considered normal. On a non pillowtop mattress, up to 25mm height loss is considered normal.
