Avante Australia offers a delivery and installation service for our valued retailers in selected areas across Queensland.  This service is performed by our experienced and friendly team of experts who are fully trained in all of our product ranges. 

Our goal is to ensure a pleasant experience for the customer as they transition into a new area of life.  No question is too big or too small for our team, and we do not leave until the customer is happy.

Frequently Asked Questions

A friendly staff member will contact the customer to discuss their preferred date and time for delivery and installation. Our delivery team will call 30 minutes before their arrival.

When one of our friendly office staff calls to schedule their delivery and installation, they can inform us if there are any stairs, obstacles, narrow doors, furniture that needs to be moved, or other obstacles that may make this delivery difficult to complete, as this may result in an additional delivery charge. The utmost care is always taken to ensure that no property or product is damaged.

The customer will receive a call 30mins before our team is scheduled to arrive. In the event that there is no answer, our team will arrive at the address and knock on the door if it is safe to do so (depending on pets). Should they not be home, our team will wait between 5 and 10 mins and try to call again. Thereafter, our team will call head office to inform them that the install cannot be done and will seek further advice. If the delivery or installation cannot be done due to no one being home, a call out fee in addition to the delivery fee will be issued for an alternative date.

Our team will do their best to ensure the product is delivered and installed into the allocated room. If by any chance there is an issue with space, our team will always explain the situation to the customer/retailer and discuss options to ensure the best outcome for the customer.

When our team undertakes an installation, they perform a product demo ensuring they are comfortably knowledgeable and can get the most out of their new product. Our team can answer any questions that they may have during the installation or presentation, thereafter a friendly staff member may assist them during office hours when they call 07 3284 3133.

We currently deliver and install as far west as Dalby, as far north as Hervey Bay, as far south as Banora Point and as far east as Russell Island. Depending on the area you require a delivery and/or installation, the fees will vary.

Delivery is not available on weekends; however, our delivery hours are: 

Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm

Friday 8am – 2.30pm

Our team can dismantle beds and shift them as well as mattresses to another room within the house. We do not remove mattresses from properties. Utmost care is taken when shifting old beds and mattresses to ensure no damage caused to customers property.
